This Privacy Policy describes how the Flowers for Tabletops invoicing system (“the Application”) handles information when used by authorized staff to process customer invoices through QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payments.
The Application is used only by authorized employees of Flowers for Tabletops and is not publicly accessible.
Information We Access
The Application accesses limited information from QuickBooks Online necessary to process invoice payments, including:
- Customer names
- Invoice numbers and balances
- Payment transaction information
The Application may also process payment card information when entered by authorized staff. Card information is transmitted directly to QuickBooks Payments and is never stored on this Application’s servers.
Use of Information
The information accessed through the Application is used solely for the purpose of:
- Processing payments for invoices created in QuickBooks Online
- Recording payment transactions in QuickBooks Online
No information is used for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes.
Data Storage
The Application may store limited operational data such as:
- QuickBooks customer identifiers
- Payment token identifiers provided by QuickBooks Payments
No full payment card numbers are stored.
Data Sharing
Information accessed through QuickBooks Online is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments through QuickBooks Payments.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect access to the Application. Access is restricted to authorized staff of the business operating the system.
