End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Flowers for Tabletops invoicing application (“the Application”).
License
The Application is provided solely for internal use by authorized staff of Flowers for Tabletops for the purpose of processing payments and managing invoices through QuickBooks Online.
Authorized Use
Users may access and use the Application only for legitimate business purposes related to invoice processing and payment collection.
Restrictions
Users may not:
- Attempt to access or modify payment processing systems outside the Application’s intended functionality
- Reverse engineer or copy the Application
- Use the Application for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
Payment Processing
Payments processed through the Application are handled by QuickBooks Payments. The Application does not store full payment card numbers and relies on secure payment processing services provided by Intuit.
Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The operator of the Application is not responsible for service interruptions or failures caused by third-party services including QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Payments.
Termination
Access to the Application may be revoked at any time if misuse or unauthorized access is detected.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Flowers for Tabletops operates.
